Placing Orders
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to accommodate changes. Please email us at info@phiacollective.com as soon as possible. Keep in mind that during high-volume sales, such as promotions or holidays, we may be unable to make changes to orders.

Can I combine multiple orders?
Once an order is placed, our system does not allow
for combining orders. You can place a separate order, or if needed, cancel your
current order and replace it with a new one. -
What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
While we strive for accuracy, items may go out of stock during checkout. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded for any items that are no longer available.

I attempted to make a purchase, but it didn’t go through, yet I see a pending charge. What does this mean?
Pending charges may appear if your credit card was declined due to issues like reaching your credit limit or entering an invalid
zip code or CVC number. This pending charge should drop off your account within a few days if the transaction was not completed. -
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email. If you don’t find it there, try adding info@phiacollective.com to your email contacts and searching again. If you still don’t see the confirmation, please email us with your name, the approximate time of your order, and the email address you would like the confirmation sent to. We’ll check if your order was processed correctly.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer several shipping options, including standard shipping (5-7 business days), expedited shipping (2-3 business days), and international shipping with varying delivery times. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, please email us at info@phiacollective.com with the subject line "URGENT CHANGE ORDER #" and in the email body include your order
number with the correct address. If your order has already shipped, contact the courier directly with your tracking number to request a change. -
My package shows as delivered, but I believe it is lost or stolen. What now?
Phia Collective is not liable for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered via tracking. If you suspect there was an
error with your order, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim. For concerns regarding potential mistakes on our end, reach out to us at

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally! Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the

Discounts/Price Adjustments
What if I forgot to use a discount code at checkout?
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. If you have questions about future promotions, feel free to contact us.

Do you offer price adjustments?
Yes, Phia Collective offers a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within seven days of purchase.

Am I eligible for multiple price adjustments?
No, customers who have received a previous price adjustment are ineligible for future adjustments.

Are discounted items eligible for price adjustments?
No, items purchased at a discounted price are not
eligible for price adjustments. -
What types of sales qualify for a price adjustment?
The one-time price adjustment applies only to flash sales, which are unannounced or unexpected.

Will I receive a price adjustment during major sales events?
For widely advertised sales, such as major U.S. holidays (like Black Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Valentine's Day, etc.), we do not offer price adjustments.

Are gift cards included in promotions?
Gift cards are excluded from all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise.

Order Damaged/Defects
What if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. Include a photo of the item and your order details at info@phiacollective.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

What should I do if an item shrunk or changed color after washing?
Once an item has been washed, it is ineligible for return or refund. We recommend checking the care label for specific washing
instructions before washing, especially for items that require hand washing. -
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For store credit, returns are accepted within 30 days. Final sale items cannot be returned. For more details, please refer to our Returns/Exchanges policy.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received at our facility, it may take up to 3-5 business days to process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

What if I ordered during a sale? Can I still return my items?
Items purchased during promotional sales can be returned as long as they meet our return eligibility criteria. However, items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
