SHIPPING POLICY

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Phia Collective is dedicated to processing orders efficiently. We strive to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days after an order is placed, with most orders shipping within one business day. Delivery will take an additional 2-9 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All standard packages are shipped via UPS, USPS, or other carriers for international orders.

Please note that new releases, holiday shopping periods, Black Friday, and other sales may lead to delays during peak times.

WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?

Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday.

Additionally, Business Days exclude any holidays that may occur during the week.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE IF I CHOOSE EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Expedited shipping options (such as Express 2-Day and Overnight) will be available at checkout when applicable. Typically, orders placed before 12 PM PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the following business day. Other orders (Standard and Priority Mail) usually ship next day, but may take 2-3 business days during high-volume sales. Please note that expedited orders may or may not be delivered on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on your location. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please email us at info@phiacollective.com immediately with the subject line " URGENT CHANGE ORDER #" and in the email body include your order number with the correct address.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, please check the tracking number provided and contact the courier directly to report the address correction. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the shipping address after your package has been dispatched.
