Returns/Exchanges Policy

Returns can be initiated by clicking on the Returns link or by visiting returns.phiacollective.com to begin our guided return process.

At Phia Collective, you can choose to return items for store credit (free) or a refund (a $5 restock fee will apply). This fee covers all eligible items for returns and exchanges within the same order. If Re:Do was purchased at checkout, the shipping labels for your return will be provided at no cost. If Re:Do was not selected, you will cover the cost for your return shipping label. Please note that all FINAL SALE items are excluded.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items purchased from Phia Collective are eligible for a REFUND if returned within 14 days of the delivery date. For STORE CREDIT, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date. Store credits will be issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached to qualify for a return. Altered items cannot be returned.

We kindly request that undergarments be worn when trying on merchandise. Also, note that health regulations prohibit us from accepting returns of soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered items.

Phia Collective reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria or are returned after the specified time frame. Returns received with evidence of wear and/or wash will be given the option to have the items sent back to the customer and charged a shipping label fee or donated (if free of biofluids or stains).

Domestic (US) Customers: After completing the online return process, you’ll receive an email with a return label and instructions. Print the prepaid label and affix it to your return package.

International Customers: Unfortunately, we do not provide international return labels at this time. After completing the return process, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.

RETURN/EXCHANGE OPTIONS

EXCHANGES
At Phia Collective, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, we are committed to taking care of our customers with store credit and refunds.

If you need a different size, we recommend a faster turnaround by processing your own exchange. Simply repurchase the new size right away, and then return the original item for store credit (free) or a refund (a $5 restock fee will apply).

If you originally purchased an item at a discount, we will honor that price on your reorder of the same item and colorway in the new size. After completing the return process, please email us at info@phiacollective.com with your name, original order number, and return number. Our team will assist you with the adjustment.

STORE CREDIT RETURN
Prefer to shop later? Choose store credit and receive a gift card code via email once your return item is scanned in and on its way back to us!

RETURN FOR REFUND
If you’ve changed your mind, you can receive a refund (minus a handling fee of $5) to your original payment method once we receive and process your return.

LAST CHANCE ITEMS
Items purchased from the LAST CHANCE section are marked FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

Once your return is delivered to our facility, processing may take up to 3-5 business days, although it’s often quicker. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Note: Turnaround times may be longer during promotional or holiday sales.

WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?
Business Days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after initiation. They are issued to the original payment method. If a gift card was used for the purchase, the funds will reload to the original gift card immediately upon processing.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE?
Items purchased during promotional sales can be returned, but those from the LAST CHANCE section marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED ITEM CLAIMS
Report any damaged or faulty items within 14 days of receipt to ensure proper credit. Email our customer service team with a photo and the style name at info@phiacollective.com. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days to assist you.

MISSED THE 14-DAY WINDOW?
If you experience delivery delays, don’t worry! Contact us, and we’ll do our best to work with you.

LOST STORE CREDIT CODE?
We can help! Simply reach out to returns@phiacollective.com, and we’ll resend your gift card code.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED?
Notify us at info@phiacollective.com with a photo of the incorrect item, and we’ll resolve it within 1-2 business days.
